The key aspects that most employees consider while selecting any employer would be compensation, growth and career development.  It is very important to also consider and ask questions about the workplace, the health of the potential team that you'll be joining and the environment that an organisation provides. Don't go with "What worse can happen?" Also, when a person leaves org one of the many reasons would be work environment.  Now, how can an organisation of let's say 100 to 20000 employees be responsible for one person's exit? and how can this be standardised as each employee is unique?  A 2022 study in the MIT Sloan Management Review cited toxic work cultures as the top driver of employee attrition—well above job insecurity or lack of recognition for performance.  The report said leading contributors to toxic work cultures included failure to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), workers feeling disrespected, and Unethical behaviour...

3 simple words that don't need any explanation, little did we know how many times we needed this and how many times we should have told them.  I understand you  we might have said this sentence in innumerable moments. To understand someone without belittling them, or without glorifying our problem. Being vulnerable in front of others and opening up about problems is the most difficult thing to go through as an individual and this adds a large toll to the problem making it an impossible situation. Though the world says you can build your life and only you can form your life , we need our loved ones at times of difficulty, and to share our joys.  If I say, the world is so atrocious and makes a person end their life, would you be shocked or would you say normality?  An estimated 703,000 people a year take their life around the world.
