All I hear is work!

The key aspects that most employees consider while selecting any employer would be compensation, growth and career development.
It is very important to also consider and ask questions about the workplace, the health of the potential team that you'll be joining and the environment that an organisation provides.
Don't go with "What worse can happen?"

Also, when a person leaves org one of the many reasons would be work environment.
Now, how can an organisation of let's say 100 to 20000 employees be responsible for one person's exit? and how can this be standardised as each employee is unique?

A 2022 study in the MIT Sloan Management Review cited toxic work cultures as the top driver of employee attrition—well above job insecurity or lack of recognition for performance.
The report said leading contributors to toxic work cultures included failure to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), workers feeling disrespected, and Unethical behaviour

In 2022, WHO’s World Mental Health Report: transforming mental health for all, highlighted the workplace as a key example of a setting where transformative action on mental health is needed.

we all agree when I say work influences how our night and the next morning go.
For instance, a great day at work makes you feel happy, gives you a good night sleep and in turn a great morning!
We spend at least 40 hours per week at work, which means whether it's remote or in-person, we are thinking and interacting with work aspects for at least 40 hours a week. That's 25% of our lives and we would need at least 42 hours of sleep per week. We are now left with more or less 50% of the rest which again depends on how we sleep! Math!

All this is under the assumption that everything is good at work! Pffttt

We should consciously try to keep personal and professional parts of our lives separate so that our health is balanced. But do we?

Stress occurs when we feel helpless, it can be around the quality of work, communication, trust or might also be the events that occur in life. Again this is quite subjective and there isn't any definite book for how the stress occurs.
A high-performing employee can all of a sudden be the baggage of the team that drags down the team when put under the wrong stress.
Well per me, the key is your surroundings inside an organisation, i.e., the team that makes(or in this case breaks) you. Not just it, your contribution to that same team indirectly and directly attributes to both company's and your growth.

Mind you, this stress definitely penetrates your personal life and affects your physical health by attacking your immunity.

It's important to notice the stressors and try to remove them from our work environment by talking regularly. when you don't succeed don't be disheartened as there are solutions, if you can't remove the stressors from the environment, remove yourself from the environment!

Remember, when you work in a positive environment you don't work at all!
