is it that easy

Is it that easy? To move forward leaving behind all the precious memories? To leave behind the life you once prayed and loved the most? To change the one thing you always held dear to? To make that one decision which looks so rude out in the open? It becomes necessary, When the memories hurt you more than you could bear, When you no longer see yourself in your own life, When the change is the only way ahead,  When seeming rude is the only way to protect yourself,  It maybe that easy when you realise, that is how you grow, that is how you learn, and that is the only way you mature and know yourself, It is never easy but it does get better when all you want is to be present in your own life at your own terms -Hope

The key aspects that most employees consider while selecting any employer would be compensation, growth and career development.  It is very important to also consider and ask questions about the workplace, the health of the potential team that you'll be joining and the environment that an organisation provides. Don't go with "What worse can happen?"
